Admissions - Master's degree

  • 1 Register online

     

    Register online and complete your personal details apply.wseiz.pl

    It takes 10—20 min to register. You will need a passport and the original of secondary school (maturity) certificate and transcript of grades. FIRST NAME and SURNAME must match the passport exactly. All other data in the questionnaire should be filled in Latin letters, whether it will be transliteration or data from an official translation to Polish or English. Number and date of issue of high school/higher education diploma candidates may fill in after qualification process.

     

  • 2Submit required documents

    REQUIRED DOCUMENTS IN ADMISSION PROCESS

    • copy of your passport (page(s) with photo and passport’s number)
    • the original of secondary school (maturity) certificate and transcript of grades (translation of the certificate and apostille is not required)
    • the higher education diploma (BA, engineer diploma or equivalent) and transcript of grades obtained during the course of study
    • legalization/Apostille (exceptions: citizens of Ukraine and Belarus)
    • original translations into Polish language (if you have an English version of the diploma translation is not required) of legalised/signed apostille the higher education diploma and transcript of grades
    • Letter to the Dean requesting for admission for a Master degree with the missing credits (in Polish or English). You can find a letter in you profile. The letter is required only if the candidate has completed a bachelor's degree in a different field than in UEM. Within 30 working days the candidate's request will be reviewed by the Dean. A candidate can be enrolled in case if the decision will be positive
    • Document confirming proficiency
    1. for Polish language at least B1 level (language certificate or we will arrange a Skype interview)
    2. for English language at least B2 level (language certificate or we will arrange a Skype interview)
    • Health insurance for one year

  • 3 Make a payment

    To make a payment, download an invoice from your personal account.

    Study in Polish
    After a positive verification of your application and documents by the Admissions Committee, you will be asked to pay the application fee, tuition fee and an invitation letter. Please inform us in advance if you want to pay for a semester or just for a year of study. It is possible to make payments in PLN. Please provide confirmation of payment receipt in your account.

    Study in English
    After a positive verification of your application and documents by the Admissions Committee, you will be asked to pay the application fee, tuition fee for academic year and an invitation letter in EURO. Please provide confirmation of payment receipt in your account.

     

  • 4Receive decision on admission

    International candidates receive decisions on admission issued by the Rector via your account in our system. As well as documents can be send through the post office. Check if your provided address is correct. To speed up the process, candidates can order a courier by themselves and inform the Department for international cooperation (the applicant pays for the courier service).

  • 5 Apply for a visa

    Please verify the requirements for Polish student visa in your country. Be carefully prepared for the application and interview (if such interview is provided in your country). Be sure that you have originals of required documents. In case if you have an interview at the consulate, please learn more about our University and your fields of study.

    Afterwards, submit a photocopy of visa or other document proving legalisation of stay in Poland. If your visa is rejected, inform the International Department rekrutacja.uk(at)wseiz.pl. We will inform you about the refund procedure.

  • 6 Arrival In Poland

    1. You should inform the International Department in advance when you are going to arrive to Poland be send an email rekrutacja.uk(at)wseiz.pl
    2. Within two days after your arriving to Poland, candidates are obliged to come at University with the originals of required documents during the office reception hours: from Monday till Friday, 8am - 2pm. (University of Ecology and Management, Olszewska st., 12).

    Make sure that you have all the necessary documents with you:

    • Copy of your passport (page(s) with photo and passport’s number)
    • The original of secondary school (maturity) certificate and transcript of grades (translation of the certificate and apostille is not required)
    • The higher education diploma (BA, engineer diploma or equivalent) and transcript of grades obtained during the course of study
    • Legalization/Apostille (exceptions: citizens of Ukraine and Belarus)
    • Original translations into Polish language (if you have an English version of the diploma translation is not required) of legalised/signed apostille the higher education diploma and transcript of grades
    • 2 photos (passport size: 3,5x4,5 mm, color, sharp, made on high quality paper against a plain white background)
    • The original of secondary school (maturity) certificate and transcript of grades, entitling to undertake university-level study in country in which the certificate / document was issued
    • Legalization/Apostille (exceptions: citizens of Ukraine and Belarus)
    • Original sworn translations into Polish language (or English language if a candidate undertakes studies provided in English) of legalised/signed apostille secondary school (maturity) certificate and transcript of grades (citizens of Ukraine and Belarus can provide usual translation)
    • Decision of the Dean. You can download the decision from your personal account in University’s system.
    • Document confirming proficiency:
      - for Polish language at least B1 level (language certificate or results of Skype interview)
      - for English language at least B2 level (language certificate or results of Skype interview)
    • Health insurance for one year
    • Payment receipt and its copy

  • 6 Sign an agreement

    Within 14 days after receiving a visa, International Department will prepare a package of necessary documents for being enrolled at University. You can download the documents in your personal account. The agreement for a minor candidate must be signed by one of the parents. The signature must include the first and last name according to the spelling in the passport. Upload a scanned copy of the signed documents to your personal account, and take the original documents with the signature with you to Poland.

Grójecka str. 128 apt. 15

Description:
Student rooms are located in the building designed in 70-s, located at Ochota nearby the main street of the district – Grójecka Str. There are many tram and bus lines in around. Access to the city centre takes approximately 10-15 minutes and to the University 20-35 min.

  1. Standard rooms are equipped with:beds, wardrobes, desks, lamps.
  2. Fully equipped kitchen with: electric hob, microwave, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, hove,
    pots, pans, dishes, cutlery etc.
  3. Two bathroom: shower cabin is in one of them.
  4. Free Wi-Fi connection (unlimited)!
  5. Cleaning of common areas once a week (kitchen, bathrooms, hall) cleaning of the student rooms is to be on their own
    (vacuum cleaner is available).
